About Us
Learn more about the PayDay Acapella Quartet, where decades of friendship, world-class harmony, and musical passion come together. Formed in 2000, our journey began when we teamed up to deliver local Singing Valentines as proud members of the Garden Statesmen Acapella Chorus. What started as a seasonal tradition blossomed into a lifelong musical brotherhood, fueled by over 140 combined years of dedicated acapella singing experience.

Who Are We?
PayDay! Acapella Quartet is a Central New Jersey-based quartet dedicated to providing wholesome family entertainment for any occasion, while preserving the great American art form of 4-part harmony and Barbershop Harmony and Acapella singing.
The members of PAYDAY! are: Jim Danner (Tenor), Pete Manfredo (Lead), Joe Ciccione (Bass), Mark Van Bruggen (Baritone).
PAYDAY! is a Certified Member of the Barbershop Harmony Society (formerly known as the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barbershop Quartet Singing in America!) Pete, Joe, Mark, and Jim of PAYDAY! are also decades-long members of the Princeton Garden Statesmen Barbershop Chorus.

Our family-friendly, fun, all-American Acapella music is perfect for all occasions, including:

What We Sing
Our quartet prides itself on generating rich Acapella harmonies to memorable melodies of the 20th century.
Our performances can be a variety of doo-wop and acapella arrangements. Tell us what you need and we will try to match our repertoire for your event.
These include, but are not limited to songs from the 40s, 50s, 60s, such as “Blue Moon”, “Sha-Boom”, “Chances Are”, “Witchraft” and “Happy Together”; as well as old Barbershop standards like “My Wild Irish Rose” and “Let Me Call You Sweetheart”
How Can We Entertain You?
A PayDay performance can be anything, including:
- An hour-long show with singing, jokes, and audience participation.
- Entertaining guests while walking around a crowd at your event
